Try neutrals if you want to start simple. For you that means cool browns, tans, muted cool pinks, and dull purples, for eyeshadow. Brown eyeliner, brown or black mascara. Makeup: I think you need to add lashes and a very thin eyeliner on top. You could use a nice natural looking matte eyeshadow with a little lilac color to match the dress. Use eyeshadow to softly line under your eyes and wear mascara on bottom lashes. Definitely fill in your brows to look a little darker like your hair.
